Our Privacy Policy:

To process your order, we must collect your name, email address, shipping address, credit card information and credit card billing address in addition to your order information.

We use the information you give us only for our business--we furnish your order and shipping information (but not your credit card information) to our third-party printers in order to prepare and ship your order. Your credit card information is furnished only to PayPal/Verisign®, our credit card processor, using secure SSL communications protocols from your browser directly to the card processor. We don't keep your credit card information on our servers.

Our ordering system may require that a "cookie" (a small file containing data relating to your order) be placed on your computer while you complete your order. Whether you complete the order or not, once you close your browser the cookie expires and should automatically remove itself. If for any reason it does not, you may remove the cookie manually. The cookie, which begins with "celebrate-invitations" or "celebrateinvitations", does not collect any information not relating to your order.

Several times per year we will send permission-based email or post-card notices of vacation closings and special offers on our holiday cards and other custom stationery. If you receive mail or email from us that you do not want, just let us know and we'll remove your name from our mailing lists. Our homepage also has links allowing you to correct your personal information.  Beginning in the summer of 2007, your previous order history will be accessible to you using a password-protected "myaccount" area.

We will not give, rent or sell your personal information to anyone for use in mailing lists. Should Celebrate! or its assets ever be sold or acquired by merger or otherwise, the acquirer must agree to a similar policy.

We reserve the right to amend the privacy policy should we determine in good faith that an amendment is needed for business purposes. Any changes to the policy will be posted on this page.
