Welcome to Celebrate! These terms constitute an agreement between us as to how your order will be processed. By clicking the order button you are indicating that you understand the terms and agree to them.
To place your order, simply fill out the order form and click the "Calculate" button at the end of the form to determine your estimated pricing. Use the TAB key to move from field to field on the order form. You may adjust options and click "Calculate" as many times as you like. When you have confirmed that all the proper options have been chosen and have checked over the text you've entered in the text boxes, click "Checkout" to begin the credit card authorization process. When you have completed the credit card authorization process, a confirmation message will be sent to the email address you enter during check-out.
When we receive your order and credit card authorization, our experienced staff will review your order. If you do not order a printer's proof we will send an email confirming the details of your order, giving you any price adjustment information (extra lines of text, for example) and answering any questions you've asked (use the last box on the order form, "Other", to ask any questions). After you review the details of your order and have given us an "okay" to proceed by reply email, we will send your order to the printer. Please note that your order will be on hold until we receive your "okay" to proceed. All orders are subject to acceptance by Celebrate!
If you order a printer's proof, or if the printer provides a free proof, we will review your order, answer any questions you have asked, and send your order to the printer. The printer will typeset your order and prepare a proof, which we will email to you for your review. Your order will be on hold until you "okay" the proof and tell us to proceed. Please note that there is a nonrefundable $35 typesetting charge if you cancel the order after we have sent it to the printer for a proof.
Your order will be billed to your credit card account when you complete the "checkout" section of the web order form. (For some of our more complex printers we will get back to you with the correct charge amount and provide a link to our online payment page.) For custom-printed orders we will charge your credit card as soon as the printing process begins and adjust your charge authorization as needed if you make any changes after submitting your order. For blank stock orders, your card will be charged when your order is shipped.
If you are PREORDERING envelopes in advance (especially helpful for mothers- and fathers-to-be who want to begin addressing birth announcement envelopes before the baby arrives) your credit card authorization will be for the full amount of your order. To preorder, simply enter XXXXs for the parts of the announcement you don't know yet, and select "Yes" in the Preorder field.
Celebrate! currently gives the following discounts:
Orders up to 475 cards are 10% or more off suggested retail.
Orders from 500 up to 975 cards are 15% or more off.
Orders of 1000 or more cards are 20% or more off.
Discounts apply to products including printing, envelope liners, ribbons and decorations, ink charges, envelopes. Please note that the discounts do not apply to services such as proofs, rush printing, shipping, envelopes in advance, etc. Discounts may include promotional discounts offered by our printers, so not all discounts are available for all products.
